Payment method updating
Basketball Connect makes it easy for players and members to pay their registration fees with flexible, secure options that suit different needs.Â

You can complete your payment using major credit or debit cards or redeem eligible government vouchers such as Active Kids. All transactions are processed safely through the platform's integrated system, giving you a smooth and reliable checkout experience each season.

Updating your payment method

Open the Basketball Connect app and Log in

Tap More in the bottom right

Go to My Profile (parents may need to switch the profile at the top to pause their child's membership)

Click My Full Profile

Scroll to the right on your membership and tap the 3 dots under action, then Payment Methods

Click + Add New next to payment methods and enter the details of the new card

Tap the 3 dots next to the new payment method, select Set as default

Tap the 3 dots next to the old payment method, select Remove payment method
