Registration auto renewal
All 2026 membership renewals have been set by Basketball NSW to auto-renew upon expiry.

Members will receive multiple reminder emails, to your profile email, when your membership expiry is approaching and informing them of their auto renewal.

If you do not wish to have your membership auto renew you can opt-out of the auto renewal process.

How to opt-out of auto renewal

Open the Basketball Connect app and Log in

Tap More in the bottom right

Go to My Profile (parents may need to switch the profile at the top for their child's membership)

Go to My Membership

Scroll to the right on your membership and tap the 3 dots under action, then Opt Out of Auto-Renewal
